Out of curiosity, why can't you eat cake?

Mainly lactose intolerance. I get a fever for multiple days and puke out my guts worse than if I took SN if I have milk lol. Other than that I can't really eat lots of sugar like in a cake because it puts me in a very depressive state when I crash and I hate that so much. Otherwise technically I can eat a non milk cake but it's not worth it really so I don't bother.
