I attempted a caffeine overdose in 2024, and it didn't work for me. 6g, I believe, and it was, for me, INCREDIBLY painful. I was delirious and vomiting bile nonstop, getting constant bowel movements. Could barely get up. My heart rate was insanely fast, felt like it was gonna explode. It was horrible and so my SI ultimately got the best of me. Even despite treatment, my voice took a while to recover and for some time I was only able to whisper as my vocal cords were damaged due to having a form of acidosis, but thankfully it wasn't permanent. I wouldn't personally recommend it, however... it could very well work. It can be fatal with just 5g depending on the person. But you need to heavily research, as you don't want to do anything until you've taken all the right preparatory measures and made sure to consider the effects of this method completely. Don't assume the symptoms will be mild, which was what I assumed even despite researching. Using your best judgement is important as it's not to be taken lightly, at all. So if you're motivated, do your research (that is, study up on case reports, news articles, etc) & plan accordingly. Take notes, too, and have a plan B.
