Has anyone considered buying a body bag (which apparently you can buy online for like $30) and then dying in that bag (assuming your method allows for that)?

I know @Forever Sleep and others have had the idea of wearing adult diapers, but I wonder if this wouldn't be easier both to prevent your room from stinking up too terribly and to make cleaning you up easier for the medical professionals, especially if you combine it with the adult diapers. Maybe you could also zip it up most of the way through to further prevent the stench from getting out.

Thoughts?

I've definitely thought about laying down thick plastic. Perhaps taping it to the walls to catch fluids rather than them running off.

Kind of worried a body bag might look like I'm planning a murder! It's kind of surprising you can buy them. I wonder if they sell many.

It would definitely help with removing the corpse and with any mess you make .

I was surprised about that too, I would've assumed that they only sell to verified medical/funeral services. But apparently they're even on Amazon! It does make me doubt the quality though. How good can it possibly be if it's only $20-30? I saw some body bags on a website that sells lab chemicals and other scientific material to businesses and theirs costed $500-$1000! So if I'm wondering if the cheap ones I've been looking at are just essentially plastic bags not intended for real use as a body bag.

CMIIW but I think it really depends on your methods. If you use mechanical ctb like hanging or jumping I think body bag is needed for the people who found your corpses so its better to just left them besides you as a helping tool to clean you up. Whereas if you use chemical ctb like SN or poisoning I think there's an onset time so it might be better to just lay in there after you ingesting the poison right before you pass away.

Overall, I'm still surprised body bags can be bought so easily lol.

Yeah I'm planning on using SN, so the plan would be to lay out the body bag on my bed, take my SN, and then immediately climb inside the bag, and maybe zip it up further once inside, like a sleeping bag.

Some woman murdered her husband by locking him in a suitcase until he suffocated, you don't need such high tech specialist equipement as a bodybag.

My method doesn't allow me to die in the bag. But it would be a good idea to leave one nearby, or a blanket.. to cover my corpse when someone finds me.

I've also considered using some kind of pad or diaper, just in case. And I will try to be empty/clean inside (stomach, bladder, bowels), as much as I can.

At least here, that type of item isn't suspicious. The "car emergency kit" for vehicle owners must include a mortuary blanket or body bag (in addition to the basic road safety tools). So it's something you can buy without so many justifications.
