• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Prochlorperazine is a viable antiemetic alternative to metoclopramide.
Buccastem (a brand of prochlorperazine) is available "over the counter" in the UK.
This may make it more accessible for some, although metoclopramide is more "ideal" since it has lower EPS risk, and is easier to take (simply swallow, whereas with Buccastem you wait for about an hour for the tablets to dissolve in the mouth). The dosage levels are also more "tried and tested" for metoclopramide.
Metoclopramide should not be hard to get, so I recommend ordering it.
However, if there are reasons why you don't wish to do that, then Prochlorperazine / Buccastem is still a good antiemetic choice.

More info on Prochlorperazine / Buccastem can be found here :

From what I read, Stan had used it too. If it reassures people.
