I think I even dream sometimes, but I rarely remember. When the dream seems good, I end up trying to control it and wake up.

Like half the time I sleep id say. My dreams are strange tho lol. Most dreams I recall, I fall asleep only to 'wake up' from my bed and go about normal day activities. Sometimes things turn nightmares but usually they are pretty mundane but very vivid and real until I fall back asleep or sometimes die. Then I wake up irl again.

Indeed. I think the only thing I can tell the difference through is that in dreams everyone feels like they are me. Which. When you notice becomes very off putting lol. But also comforting idk. Tis strange. Im a weirdo
