Help Booking a hotel nearby or far?

If it is near I feel scared whether it would be too suspicious, There are tourist places near my home but. But I'm confused whether I would act too anxious or something.

I am already agoraphobic, so that's another layer. It's been a long time since I stayed outside by myself, and obviously me carrying the means to do it. Apart from that, I have to also convince my parents on this "trip". Originally I planned on not telling them but since my sibling is at home now I can't maintain that anyway if they wake up in the night it would have been a problem.

Yea, I have though about it as well. I am in a dorm and was thinking of doing it here but there is a chance that the roommate comes (even though most of the time hes gone).

So I decided I will book a hotel for 2 nights. I could do it in my city where I have my dorm or go a bit further out. I think it would be better to do it in this city than some other ones because they would need to take my body home but at the same time it could be a trigger for my family every time they visit this city. So on the other hand it would be better to go further out. *thanks for making this post, just realized this as I typed*. Thus I will go out a bit and do it in a hotel which is a bit out of their normal route of life. Where they don't go often so that hotel does not remind them of my death.

I will just act like I am on a trip - which is true - my last trip to somewhere (so I wont be nervous). Probably will smile and even hint to having a great, which is true, I will have a great time and I am looking forward to it. Just don't overthink it; its just another day where you will take a nap and not wake up anymore...

I'm booking a hotel one city away. I didn't pick our own city because I don't my loved ones to see it constantly and have reminders.
