Well, Happy Birthday! Even if you are sad, still it's a special day, even if it might be special in a sad way. I don't know how else to congratulate you on this day other than say "Happy Birthday" but what I mean is, enjoy and savor your special day even if it's sad. I can't imagine myself reaching 30 either, but I also didn't really see myself reaching 23(I'm 23 right now) it kinda happened without me noticing and I still don't really believe it, feels fake and sad, not sure if it's a good or bad thing either. Sending you a hug!❤️

Same, today is also my 24th birthday. Just a mundane day when I laid on the sofa throughout the day due to the symptoms of major depression and didn't eat or drink anything. Now still feeling a bit dizzy and typing slowly.

This is the most comforting thought ever. I love it. Even when we cannot escape our life via ctb because of anything, it will be over eventually. We will be at peace!

Wow thanks you guys, you really make me feel loved. These were more thoughtful responses then my fb ones. It was a decent day, but of course, I was putting myself and found myself having strong urges to cut. But alas, it was a good day. I had some ice cream cake
