I feel your pain, I really do.
Bipolar is such an ugly thing. It makes you think that the best times will last forever, only to wind up crashing on the rocks of the lows.
I now suffer almost completely from mixed episodes but I remember those lows and some part of me still fears going back there.
It is not much to offer, but know that you are heard and that there are people who truly understand. I will keep you in my thoughts today.Similar threads
