Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I know it's mixed with plain water. So right before ctb do I measure the sn on a digital scale and then gradually add the 50ml of water to the 20grams of sn, (I am a woman of average build so that should be enough right?) Should I stir constantly whilst pouring the water in? I have never used stirring spoons before. Should I use one or just a regular teaspoon? I have never used a stirrer before so I'm worried to knock the glass over with it or something as they are much longer than a regular spoon. Would using a smaller glass be a good idea as opposed to a regular glass? Any feedback much appreciated.

Going by Stan's guide, your dose is correct. When it comes to oxidizers, you can under-dose but you can't overdose. Be sure to have your "backup" doses mixed and ready before consuming the first glass. Even with antiemetics, you run the risk of vomiting

Mix however you want, but do so in smooth motions so you dont trap air bubbles. Too much trapped air can can cause regurgitation and gross tasting belching. What you use to mix isn't important, espically since SN is extremely soluble.

Use whatever your comfortable with. It's not alot of liquid, and you'll find that the SN will dissolve quite quickly. Note that it will be cloudy, but once you don't see any solid matter, it is mixed.

Thanks. Should I just pour 20grams of sn from the bag into the cup or am I supposed to add it bit by bit with a teaspoon? I put the sn in the cup first right and then add the water to it?
