It actually is really hard to die. If only there was a simple answer.

Honestly, there is no, one "best method" for unassisted suicide: If one wants to be successful, all the different methods...

1. Require careful research, planning, prep, and practice.
2. And all have "pros" and "cons" (tradeoffs).
3. So, the "best method" for one person can be completely different from the "best method" for another person.

To "do it right", one really needs to read-through the "resources section" as well as the many, lengthy "megathreads"...

Not for me. It'll be seized where I live. Simple fat burner pills get seized at the customs.
And getting antiemetics seems even more difficult.

No, european sellers that I found are selling only in very large quantities. And everything that comes from non EU countries gets held in customs. I've dealt with customs a lot just trying to get some simple sports supplements. Also without antiemetics it's unlikely to work. Doctors don't even prescribe benzos here. I'm not gona risk getting in trouble with police and lose last of my money since I'm already broke. Trust me, I did my research. And I've already been in a psych ward against my will. They know I'm suicidal.

From my research it appears to be the combination of a nitrogen tank + full-face diving mask. The set up is fully legal and accessible and the method itself appears foolproof.

Can't say. Milages may vary. For me, it's either the yew tincture, or the pong pong seeds.
