Benzos with 1, 4 BDO

I am thinking of oding on 1,4 bdo. I know the ld50 for 1, 4 bdo is 1.75 ml per kg so 150+ ml of it surely would be enough but I also found this which states that GHB overdose, which is the same as 1,4 bdo overdose essentially, will induce seizures and respiratory depression when taking at a high dose, I am wondering if I can take a benzo before oding on 1, 4 bdo and if I can/should which benzo do you guys recommend I take

yea, I am guessing seizures are unpleasant. If they arent then I guess I'll just OD on 1,4 BDO

Clonazepan is strongest followed by Valium.

ok. Well if anyone here knows about GHB/1, 4 BDO overdose, should I take a benzo or can I just take diphenhydramine 60-20 minutes before oding on 1,4 bdo?

this thread suggests using alprazolam for Benzodiazepines. It doesnt say whether I take it before or after the GHB/1, 4 BDO nor does it say the dose.

in my experience bdo takes about 15-20 mins to kick in and around 45 mins is when it reaches the peak for me. then depending on the dose you have a few hours or so.

so i would take anything complementary immediately before or after, depending on how long you expect those things to kick in. i'm guessing for the dose you want to take as much as reasonably possible

I never took benzos before so I dont know how their dosage works. Whenever diazepam's in conjunction with another method it's recommended to use 300mg, for oxazepam it's 90mg so different benzos have different dosages to use. Also do you think i'll die if I chug 120+ ml of BDO?

I never tried benzos before so if I want to OD on 1, 4 BDO, how much mg of alprazolam should I take?
edit: I just found out alprazolam is xanax :| I never tried xanax so my question still applies
