for me, it's when someone listens without trying to fix me
when they're just there, not rushing to give advice or turning it into something about them
when they remember the little things i've said, even if they seemed random
and when they don't treat my pain like it's dramatic or something i'll just "get over" lol
when they let me exist exactly how i am, and still want to know me

If it fucking sucks then they should say the truth not something obviously not true. If you describe to someone the worst life imaginable they should acknowledge it as it is. No sugar coating. It all feels BS when people do that.
