begging for assistance with exit bag from anyone familiar with it

I sleep an hour a night (not an exaggeration) and I am really starting to struggle cognitively.

I am begging for help to make sure my regulator and tank are suitable and will work with one another, and also trying to find out what the best type of tubing would be.

I understand how to make the bag itself and I have found where to get all those supplies.

Please, any help and assurance I have the right tools would be so appreciated

I just did a test by reposting the original link to one of the products (which I have now deleted). As I suspected, it redirects to a suicide prevention website automatically. @PrincessInWhite isn't at fault for this.

If you read her post history, it is quite clear that she is in a lot of pain and is not an anti-choice activist at all.

Secondly, it's recommended to use a regulator with a flowmeter. So you can see exactly that 15 liters per minutes are released.
Also, (re-)read the exit bag section in the PPH, technique is very important for this method and since it's quite technical, it's absolutely necessary to do all steps right.

oh absolutely, I chose pure argon or else the whole point of the method is moot. The regulator I chose does have a flow meter, I just have no idea about these things and haven't got 2 brain cells left to rub together to make sure it's a suitable one. It is in LPM, I made sure of that. Thank you for your input <3

then my sincere apologies, I was distracted and thought it just showed the psi. I think that fits, both the tank and the flowmeter are for argon, so I think the setup works. The only thing then to consider is that you have a fitting tube for the exit of the flowmeter but you can order one the website. Otherwise, don't tight up the bag too much in order to let used CO2 out of the bag and hyperventilate+ deeply exhale, but I'm sure you already read that ;)

You can actually add a fitting hose directly on the regulator-page. The only thing that concerns me is the fact that these hoses seem to be quite heavy. I don't know if the weight of the hose could destroy your exit bag if you tape it on there. Maybe you have to tape it directly to your head, but there I'm absolutely not sure, since I don't hold the product in my hand

I have a few other options I was thinking of using instead, when I see people posting on here saying they failed exit bag it's nearly always that the seal around the neck was too tight and the CO2 wasn't flowing out so they felt panic, or the tubing was too stiff.
