• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Beer helps me with depression 1000 times better than Sertraline and Antipsychiatric pills.
And I feel happy.
What is wrong with me?
I gave up pills and I feel a million times better.

And my libido is fine. What can not be said when you drink Sertraline .

The power is in beer. I am clean

It is clear that they should not be together. But I choose beer over pills. Tasty beer. My choice.

I find alcohol in moderate doses and spread out so as to avoid tolerance is an antidepressant. It improves my mood for the evening and into the next day.

Works great until you need to drink just to feel okay.

I agree. I quit drinking a couple of years ago until recently, and a bottle of rum makes me feel way better than medication ever did.

I used to take setraline, it had no effect on me and I agree with you, alcohol works better lol.
Although I gotta say that my new pills (bupropion and quetiapine) are working great for me too.
