I've been clean for a couple weeks now! Holy hell. I think my new medicine dosage really is helping. I still have major anxiety but ya know I guess that's better than slicing myself up. Hmm guess we will see how long this lasts.

I'm not on the right meds. I don't think there is any medication for me tbh but it's been 22 days since I burned or cut myself! That's a long time record for me. I haven't gone that long in years. Way to go! It's taken a lot of struggling for me since I've had a world of SI and SH urges but I've managed to stay clean
