Yeah maybe.. usually with a simple wellness check though they send the local police.. it would be rare for a federal agent to do that..

But all the same constitutional rights still apply for any check..

At the same time they have to take you at face value because they know people make prank calls or revenge calls, things like that.. so unless you show up at the door half dead or with a knife or something.. if you say you're ok they'll take your word for it and move on..
