I am sorry for your pain. It's a painful loop, that's right. After years of therapy and with medication my really bad mood is less then in the past. Without both I would not life anymore. I wish you some angel-people who can help you a little. I wish you can find some little hope and peace. And a little break for your head.

Those actually are my wishes. Turns out its difficult to have. Ran out of meds lately and also support.so these times are cruel for me. Wish you the best and thank you for your and encouragement.
