Bad reaction to meto - other AEs I can take?

Hi,

I just tried meto 10 mg and had an absolutely awful panic reaction.
Are there any other anti-emetics I can try that can be sourced quickly? (I am using SN)
I really need to CTB ASAP, for personal safety reasons, and I don't have a lot of time.
