It seems the state can't get the N to do the execution . Imagine that if they can't get the N to put into the arms of what are probably some of the coldest killers , will they wanna supply it for those who want to CTB?

It's been already about 10 years that drug manufacturers are refusing to deliver N to US states that use it for death pentalties.

This doesn't change or even affect people who buy N from countries like Mexico.
