I've always had a bad habits about my sleep. the moment I was waking up,its already evening or night and I couldn't sleep very well on the night too...its so sucks to feel this way missing everything on the day...
Try staying awake for the whole day until the next evening, that usually does it for me when waking up that late. You're usually gonna have a banger good night sleep after those 24 hours even if the insomnia is fighting against it.
