It's been hard today, I find that I'm in comfort in my room but I can't have darkness bc my cats get in the window above my bed. I have been very easy to set off, not like anger but sadness. Not cleaning has definitely made it worse tho, I didn't call my mom bc she's been not wanting to talk to me anymore, my friend won't talk to me but we need to plan the holiday this weekend. I wish I had other friends who would talk to be, than they'd just leave tho. My poor husband is really trying to help, he helps at parts.
