Anyone suffering from a bad conscience to the extent they would or are considering ending it all because the cannot live with it? This is where I am coming from. I am really feeling terrible overwhelming guilt. I just do not know where to to turn to. It is horrible but there are no excuses for me.

We all make mistakes. Sometimes bad ones. Pick yourself up, start again, and don't dwell on the past. Concentrate on making a good future.I do experience this at times. I feel overwhelming guilt and shame for some decisions I've made and for whom I am. It makes me feel like the world is better without me. If I think about it logically, I realize that's just nit true, but sometimes emotions win out over logic.Yes me too. From the way my last relationship collapsed. It destroyed my world and now I have a slew of mental problems and all day long panic attacks and mental torment. Very unusual for a young confident successful guy like myself! But I've made multiple attempts this summer and been to the hospital. It just feels like I'm already dead.Similar threads
