My break was relatively short , as i predicted she left me so yeah thats that . Atp i can predict most of my life and i dont think theres anyting good in it

I know it's hard. I've been through almost everything negative and almost nothing positive, and so trust me when I say that it is important to let yourself feel everything and cope with it as much as you can. CTB becomes an avenue if and only if that which motivates how you feel right now in your emotionally dysregulated state is still present in your most calmed one. Seek out people to talk to. Family, friends, therapists, or even us.

It may be hard to think like this now, but look at this way: you managed to step away. You managed to break free once which means, logically, you can do it again.

At least that is what I am telling my self (Check my join date).
