Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

upsetting thoughts circling around my mind all the time. i am trying so desperately to get out of bed and to do things but it's like there is this force stopping me from doing so. just all this constant thinking gives me the most excruciating physical pain from headaches that are only ever solved by sleep
That sounds awful what you are going through. Our own thoughts really can torture us. I know that it is hard to carry on when you are suffering so much. I'm sorry that you are in this situation. I wish you the best.
If you can, that's one thing you can do. I'm guessing you're not lying in a puddle of your own urine.
Maybe that's all you can do today, but it's something.
Bad headaches suck. I can relate because the only way to get rid of my worst ones is to sleep through it.
Will screen time distract your brain or make it worse? If you can handle some screen time, I usually recommend PlutoTV. They have entire channels devoted to American TV reruns from the 1970s and 1980s. I like The Love Boat for distracting pap. If you can pay attention at all, try The Iron Chef, dubbed in English. Listening to the dubbed voices giggle makes me smile.
