Worked the overnight. I'm working now, and I picked up overtime after this. Suicide attempt? I don't know.

I'm spending my free time learning languages tho.

I've been up for 24-30 hours a few times over the last couple of weeks. Then sleep for 12-16.

Those Ghost sour patch energy drinks are my friend. But I only have one a day, or else I get horrific anxiety and heart palpitations.

It's meds and weed and mental health shit doing it to me.

Years ago, stayed awake over 40 hours during a manic episode.

I hate manic episodes. I get the dysphoric kind. Back in 2023, I had a manic episode that lasted several months in which I was both enraged and horny 24/7.

i learned the best thing to do when hyped up with long hours or shifts is to give myself lots and lots of time to calm and soothe the body. hot bath, journaling, yoga, even binge watching an interesting tv show. that helps my body relax. when the body is relaxed the thoughts move towards resting and sleeping. this is more compassionate and less suffering then s-planning.
