Avoiding decomposition

Nobody checks on me and rarely calls. I'm in this house alone. How do I end this and ensure someone finds me? I don't want to decompose to the point of not having a viewing. It needs to be thought out well. I don't want to give someone PTSD. Should I set up some sort of timed delivery like a letter or email/call? Should I end it in a hotel room and put post it's out. I'm stuck

I live in a house alone too. I've thought of leaving a note in my mailbox asking them to call the police.

That's actually not a bad idea. The mailbox thing. Let's just be honest I'll probably rot.
A hotel room is best I just personally like the feeling of having control by hanging.
Sometimes I feel like the best option is to get really lost and hang on a tree.
