Autopsy during Covid pandemic

If someone who is covid positive dies during his 2 week isolation, do they still perform an autopsy on him? Could I get away with an SN attempt despite looking blue-ish?
I would love to make it look like a regular death, but if it's not the case i'll stick with a note.

i don't think that's possible. methemoglobinemia leads to hypoxia which leads to cianosis and the blue-ish color. that's the essence of this method. plus the signs are easily correlated with the injection of particular substances, cause unless you have an already diagnosed disease, you won't get methemoglobinemia out of the blue. so they are bound to find out about the SN anyway.
and they will probably perform an authopsy either way, after all they will want to be sure you didn't pass away because of covid.
