Attempting has become a cycle

Every night i wait till everyone is asleep then i go to the living room i get the rope if im feeling strong enough then ill actually attempt wlse ill just have the noose around my neck for a few minutes then put the rope back and go to sleep
I don't know how much more of this i can take .

I wish I could give you hope and will to live, but I can only realistically wish you peace, however that may look.
