I mean, do you think about OCD 100% of the time ? When you are at home, when you go outside ? When you are with people ?
I have a very specific OCD but I'm not comfortable to talk about, even here (because it's very humiliating). This OCD came after a trauma that gave me PTSD. I have other OCD more manageable like verification OCD or calculating numbers mentally.
So I just wanted to know if your OCD is present ALL the time, like a monster that never leaves you ? And is your OCD related to a trauma ?
Thanks
