I strongly believe that God is not so cruel as the churches portray him to be that he sends people to be tortured for eternity. Every sin, even those committed by the serial killers are finite in their cruelty, so they deserve a finite punishment. Not an infinite one.

No, I see religion as completely fictional, I could never see a point to any of this, it's completely futile, it's just suffering all for the sake of it, to me existence just feels like a mistake and as long as I exist I'll just hope for the peace of non-existence, I just want to be permanently unconscious with no more pain and no more suffering.

No, but my childhood and life life has been so affected by Christianity, to the point where I used to be devout, that i struggle to escape religious thinking; such as how innately sinful I am just as my mother had always described me growing up.

why is there no evidence of any afterlife, reincarnation, ghosts, a god, anything supernatural, magic , computer simulation, other universes or dimensions, multi verses , etc. ? because these don't exist

why are these spirits, ghosts , god always hiding ? why why why? why can't someone answer these questions?

where is the power source or energy field for a soul? brainwaves and electrical activity are detectable in the brain but these are produced by the brain. the brain is powered by having to eat all the time.

it seems so odd this idea that there is some thing what is it that is suposedely so interested in the scattered constantly changing boring thoughts of me a small animal . i guarantee you anyone trying to follow what i'm thinking would go insane as it's constantly changing. and the boring things i do all day mainly sit there watching videos or social media : why is that interesting to watch a human sitting there or doing chores or a boring job?

why would something be interested and watching what i do all day? oh the small animal is really washing clothes folding clothes , taking out the trash , working a boring job etc. omg stop the universe he's watching cat videos. i would go insane having to watch another human or animal for a few hours straight doing the boring crap they are doing. none of this garbage has any meaning

there is no meaning to anything we do. the only reason humans think something is meaningful or important is because evolution and culture society and other people programmed those things into their brain.

so this god or programmer is watching all 8 billion humans all the time . how ? why and why wouldn't it go insane doing this?

also why would a programmer or god create such extreme torture torturing animals and humans for 500 million years for what reason?

is there a large ape somewhere watching me another ape where how why for what reason? why is there no eviddence

I was baptised and forcibly confirmed as a catholic but I'm agnostic. I wish I was able to be religious. But if I ended my life I'd go to hell, at least that's what everyone says. Considering my name I guess I deserve to go there anyway lol.
