1. Relating to ctb partners

2. Fucked up story, but also relating to ctb partners and people on the forum generally getting off to the suffering here

3. Some good advice, but not what I asked for

4-6. Uhhhhh also not a lot to do with the question.

1 and 2 are kind of helpful I guess because they at least provide a barometer of some of the darker parts of the community or ways that meetups have gone wrong here, I guess. I feel like it's inherently a little different, but it's something so thank you.

I think looking for someone to actually die in your presence is inherently going to have a more unsafe attraction of person behind it compared to simply meeting up even on a place like this, but basic caution should always be used when meeting up online in any circumstance regardless. That said, I've met up with people online dozens of times in my life with only the minimum of basic common sense precautions in my life without any cause for fear. Not everything in the universe is some fear-porn dateline special waiting to happen. Granted, I'm male, so I'm less at risk than women or trans, for example, who face more stresses in daily life, but basic common sense is far more valuable than just tossing a blanket culture of fear over the entire internet, especially to horribly isolated people in need. We're all already made so afraid of our neighbors, I feel like this contributes to a great deal of isolation and deaths in the world.

I just had a pm convo 2 days agon with a guy that said he wished he could kill me and wanted to help me ctb ... egging me for details on how and what method...
if that guy responds or pms with someone desperate like @elizabethisworthless who knows what could happen. I reported it and he was banned. But there are plenty more lurking here looking for targets like her.,

I have to admit, I've also considered the idea of seeing if anyone on here wanted to meet. I wasn't sure if it was allowed or not. I just think that one thing a lot of us have in common is sheer loneliness. I don't know that I'd be struggling as badly as I am if I had people to turn to.

But I would say either way that if anybody was ever going to, talk to someone for a while first. And take sensible precautions, eg. Public place and so on. Because there are too many bad people in this world. The experience Living sucks had just above me for example. That's absolutely horrific!
