I think fasting is less about you puking than it is with the SN being absorbed. I get it that if you puke up SN you dont absorb it, but if SN is the death you've chosen, than you want as much absorbed as possible, as quickly as possible. Food just slows that down and increases acid production (which adversely impacts SN absorption.Similar threads
