• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Anyone out there know what is wrong with my brain if I can't remember what I had for lunch or dinner the night before . Is it early stage of dementia ?

How old are you? If you're around that certain age group, then it's a high possibility.

Maybe you have just too many other things on your mind. The brain needs room for more important things, than dinner the night before. But also stress can affect the memory (due to high cortisol, adrenaline and noradrenaline levels).

I had some severe memory issues after COVID, and have had to do "brain exercises" to get my mind back together.
But other mental and physical issues remain.

One thing I'd keep in mind is to consider having your rights of autonomy taken away in the future…I'd definitely plan in advance for things, while still lucid.

(I'm about a decade younger than you, and that would all be a concern for me also, if I didn't plan on leaving soon.)

It sounds like a possibility. Memory issues can also be a symptom of depression or other illnesses- both mental and physical. It's definitely something to get checked out earlier.
