My favorite genre. Mostly epic and doomy. I go for lyrics with more story. Candlemass, sabbath, maiden, priest but i also enjoy gwar, amon amarth, etc among others. 2 months until metal fest here so that's something I'm sticking around for since i got tickets already, kid goes with me.

Yes, I like thrash metal, melodic death metal and folk metal the most. I am not that into very extreme stuff though like brutal death metal or black metal subgenres.

Yes, favorite subgenres being doom, drone, black, sludge, some nu and alt, and doom/blackgaze. And noise, psychedelic, and hardcore influences tend to be very liked.
