I did, and i couldn't find anything. i figured maybe someone here would know.

I cannot find info on it either (found length, width, and span of each section, but not height). What I can say from pictures, though, is that it definitely doesn't seem high enough to achieve the goals of most people on this forum. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

its ok, a poet commited suicide from the bridge in the 80's but thats the only thing i can find. so i guess its possible but risky
