Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I get this pulling sensation in my head when trying to sleep sometimes and that concerns me. I can't really describe it but I will try. When falling asleep, I get a weird head feeling that feels like my head is sinking into the pillow and there is a "pulling" sensation. It doesn't hurt but is really uncomfortable. Anyone know what it is? Should I get an MRI?

I haven't seen one. I am in PAWS (I guess?) from Ambien 2 and a half years ago, and I am not sure if this is from the drugs. I know a lot of members on here have also been on benzos, so I wanted to see if anyone else experiences this.

Sounds like random benzo withdrawal crap to me. I get all kinds of weird sensations.

i think i have something similar that sometimes happens to me? but for me it's more like my head kind of spins a bit (not like fully though idk how to explain) but kind of like how you described being "pulled" towards the pillow/sinking. i doesn't always happen though and idk i think it may have to do with how much i sleep or something. but i don't usually find it annoying or uncomfortable.

I went through PAWS fro Ativan use and it was awful. I had weird sensations and feelings all through my body so this may be what you're feeling. But if it's really bothersome mention it to your doctor.
