Anyone elses moods up & down?

Mine today have been all over.

Woke up really miserable and worried about the future.

Went for a walk and felt rubbish but a bit better.

Been okay this afternoon for a long spell.

Now feel crap again. If I had N or SN or inert gas I'd be taking it now.

I can't understand why my moods are fluctuating so much over the course of a day even.

SAME HERE! Today my 24/7 chronic pain is on a scale of 0 to 10 a solid 8. I have been poping hydromorphone all morning. Need a job, yes I am 64 years young, but need somewhat for the money but helps keep me going and mind off other crap. Got 5, yes 5 turn downs so far today. The only bright spot has been ss and all the GREAT members here! LOVE each and everyone of you and thank you for being there!

My moods fluctuate daily but always in the same pattern. Unless my routine is disrupted by a severe hangover.

Fluctuating moods: I completely understand you.

You've got a lot going on, and you're carrying a heavy burden.

You're thinking about quite a serious thing too, and so it's understandable.

This is true, it's not an easy thing to contemplate but I don't really see any other way. Maybe I should go to bed.

This is my day off and I'm just dreading life. Its raining outside and I'm bored. And I need a bottle of wine. And just a few hrs ago I was cloud nine. It's to the point where I'm just so frustrated that I cant control how I feel, and would just love to kill my mind.

I've had 2 beers and a small nip or two of whiskey, am now much calmer. However tomorrow I know I'll be depressed because of the alcohol. It has that effect on me.

The alcohol keeps the cutting at bay. The cutting keeps the bad feelings away. I lose either way.

I have the same issue for few month after years of beeing under control, alcohol help but I dont want to rely on that, well start using weed, hopefully it will help.

Good bit of the type of places I work drug test, I wouldn't mind but the world hates my situations.
