Unsure how to put this now being as there are spies in this group (hi! )

But has anyone has an email about "back in business?" How would this happen if they were shut down, if their records was seized? How would I get an email if his records had been seized by the police? I haven't yet had any sign of welfare check either?

Good news is the website seems to be functioning. Just need to figure out the best way to pay for the goods. First option did not work, prolly cause I am in canada.

I don't understand how though, if all his information was seized and there are police checks everywhere? Wouldn't all that be confiscated? Maybe I'm being a bit dense here and he had copies of his lists but it doesn't make sense right now.

I doubt that his business was shut down by the authorities in his country bc he doesn't do anything that is illegal. Otherwise, he wouldn't be able to still operate his business.

What most likely happened is that UK authorities forced his ISP zu shut down the service and hand over the databases - he probably had backups and he uses them now to contact the customers via newsletter to inform them about their new shop.

The UK has no power over him and his business as long as he doesn't operate it in the UK.

You mean this Ukrainian person, allegedly arrested for selling SN?
The way i see it - albeit being war torn, Ukraine is one of the "normal" countries where they act on law and do not make feelings into the the law. SN is not an illegal substance (not in Ukraine at least) and it can be shipped freely. It doesn't matter what recipient wants to use it for. So, despite all this BBC tantrum throwing, no crime was committed so after interrogation they set the person free. And "email database seizing" by the police doesn't mean you irreversibly lose access to it, especially when you weren't convicted. You can always make backup copies.

I see. This is why the police checks are so annoying. If no crime was committed selling it, as it could easily have been sold for meat curing anyway, why is it worth a visit from police for receiving it? Whether they say it is for welfare or not, receiving such a visit could be so traumatising when they are supposed to be worried about people's welfare. It could actually make people try and take their own life after the visit, do they not think of that? Unbelievable lack of understanding of mental illness in the Uk now, even by those who are supposed to be mental health experts.
