Venting Anyone else ever too pathetic to do stuff they enjoy?

Sometimes I feel like too much of a loser to play video games or watch/read something I enjoy. Not even in a "I should be doing something productive" kind of way and more like in a "you don't deserve to have fun" kind of way.

this is my entire life. i buy clothes just to let them sit in my closet or drawer because i dont think im good enough to wear them. sometimes i wont even let myself listen to certain songs or watch certain shows or movies. this feels less ridiculous and more understandable than my last examples but i wont reach out to people when i feel super inferior either. i wont let myself be happy through limiting myself. i dont know how to get over it.

Feel the same way, it's been months that i've turned on my computer to play games, months that i watched movies/anime i adore and now i have trouble to find anything enjoyable food/drink wise...

There's nothing left to enjoy, i don't diserve to enjoy anything anyway...

Was just thinking about this. Some things i probably did to excess. But I have turned on my PlayStation in eight months. It used to be most days.
No exercise. No walks. No reading. Just rotting.
It's kind of odd how the body doesn't take a hint and just shut down.
