Anyone else can’t reach SS using chrome anymore?

I think chrome blocked the website.. I switched to duck duck go and can visit it again. so messed up.

I don't know when but I received a similar message when the page was down, a few minutes later I could access it.

Itw orks for me, I am using chrome right now. Maybe your internet was bad or the site was down

The forum was down for a couple of hours. Had the same issue on Firefox, Opera and Microsoft Edge

I had a problem overnight (NZ) for some hours .. so I checked on Twitter ... apparantly the domain host is 'reviewing their policies' ... and admin were looking at a backup host ...
Im using Chrome so clearly its being dealt with in some way.

Yep, same. I had this on chrome and firefox today. Live in the US.

Have friends in Australia who said it's been completely blocked.

I think it's a problem on the server side... for those still having problems just try changing your DNS server settings.

EDIT:

I confirm that Google blocked SS on their DNS servers (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4). Working fine on OpenDNS.

I managed to get logged in on chrome but was then logged out and somehow automatically logged in to the .is backup domain. I'm not a total tech n00b but servers and networking aren't really my domain (haha, pun possibly intended...*crickets*...okay, I get it. I'm not very funny!! :D)

We can't even be trusted to cross the street at will without being charged with jaywalking. Censorship masquerades as "regulation" usually "for the children" or something like that.

Doesn't matter how old you are...you'll be treated with kid gloves in almost every way while governments and the institutions and individuals they sanction and enforce/allow to enforce (enforce = restrict the rights of others) will be handsomely rewarded for our dissent. Can't wait for some laws to come down against the use of VPNs and whatnot.

Wish my grandparents were still alive so I could better remember their stories of how all of this reminds them of why they were forced to escape their european homelands. A friend's father was chased out of Russia and eventually an eastern euro country simply for being an abstract artist; they claimed his art had hidden messages in it to incite rebellions or something ridiculous like that. Pastels... so dangerous lol.

I think the problem is DNS. I just noticed it changed to sanctionedsuicide.is, then sanctioned-suicide.net.
