It's a channel about complex ptsd, addiction, recovery. It's extremely in depth explanations of what is goin on with many of us. The guy said it's not uncommon now for like 70% of the population to have complex ptsd. I just thought it might be helpful for people to understand what is going and why you fail at important things in life. This guy does a great job with clearly explaining a lot of the issues people have. He brought up promiscuity in one of the complex trauma vids and it really pulled up the discomfort for me. I could relate. It might be triggering and so if you're really depressed or having a sensitive day don't watch these. They can be triggering.
