• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I'm never going to have my own place and I really need that. It's a big reason I want to exit. Not being able to live where I want to and being able to feel secure like nobody can kick me out.

Yeah, it's one of the main reasons I think of dying, I don't think I can have what I want in life so I see no point in enduring struggle and suffering if that's true.

Metoo. You can always be kicked out. Homes include property taxes, a mortgage, etc. Apartments include landlords who can go into your place when you're not there. They can "boot you" by raising your rent, requiring a vaccine, not repairing things, not responding to your complaints regarding unruly neighbors.
