Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

i heard if a fan blows on you it works slighty, to prevent you from puking.
also, i personally plan to use a straw, to avoid getting it so much on my tongue.

and being fasted, but probably not for extremely long, since sometimes when i'm hungry, i actually start feeling like i'm about to puke.
so i would start my fast after i take a shit and everything is out...
then i would fast probably 20 or maybe even 24 hours.

i say that's NOT extreme, bc i saw a few saying they'd do 48.

i am also hoping to obtain meto, but is it true that normal seasickness pills don't work?

I am not sure about a fan but I find that being able to wash my face when I am feeling nauseous really helps so I will keep a small bowl of water nearby to sprinkle my face. Straw seems like a good idea, I will take a strong mouthwash before and after to get rid of the taste. I don`t know about fasting for 24 hrs though, I tend to get extremely queasy when I am that hungry.

For pills to work, they need to be dopamine blockers. That is why no OTC anti-emetics work for this method. I have seen some people suggest taking anti-acids beforehand but main sources PPeH refers to discourage it since reducing the acid in the stomach would slow down nitric oxide production, which is the necessary compund to trigger methemoglobinemia.
