It's peaceful pill handbook dot com. Don't have any links to other downloads. I read it in 2014 when Amazon were still selling it

Lately there was additional episode on the corona virus but it's not in the version I uploaded, and I don't think it's very useful

Well, I think it's an extremely interesting book, based on Science. I'm looking into SN as a backup method, and I want to read what Exit says about it. That changed from the 2018 version in the Resources section.
