I feel sooo anxious and it won't stop no matter what, I feel shaky as well. I just feel something is wrong but idk cuz I am anxious and idk if it's like in my head or what? It's been like that for a bit and I feeel like I can't breathe and I'm like panicking cuz it's tight. Is it all in my head? Idk why I feel so anxious. It just happened.

What can you do to reasure yourself? I'm a Brit so, we usually make a cup of tea! But, do you have nostalgic songs or music you could put on to try and calm down? Or, does the opposite help? Do some exercise or something to try and get the stress out.Similar threads
