• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Title.

Even the little thing i've to do makes me worry. Doesn't matter if i can do it without problems . It's a autonatic reaction i have. Any task seems as a problem. I'm afraid of getting a job. The idea of being bussy a long time scares me a lot... Only because i'll be bussy.
What can i do if almost everything i've to do is stressful without reason?

First of all, I'm sorry to hear about your anxiety.

I know that anxiety leads to too much over thinking and it can lead to limbo, which is where I am right now. If possible, maybe you can take a vacation away from the mess and work. I find that it also helps to write and plan out tasks in a journal so your days will be much easier.
Anxiety is permanent, I believe, and one can only reduce it. If you prefer, take meds to help you relax or sleep.

From what you wrote, maybe you have some kind of ocd. I do and it's exactly how I feel sometimes.

There might be too much in your head, take some time to catch your breath if you can. Some good music during activities might help a bit.

There is cognitive behavioral therapy too, it helps a bit if the therapist is good enough.

If anything changes, the ssri meds might help, but I would consider them as a last resort.

I'm sorry, I wish I could say something to tranquilize you, but, anxiety is really a difficult to treat. Don't overdo it, okay? One step at a time is enough.

I wish you peace, friend.

I think everyone has fears and worries.

It becomes problematic when fear dominates your thoughts and actions.

Just as one normally finds solutions to problems, it can happen that fears automatically appear as a reaction.

I think that maybe in the short term medication can help but in the long term only learning new ways of thinking can help.

Yeah, i'm a little obsesive and i tend to overthink things. It's a thing i've to deal. By now, even with therapy, i've find hard to improve. It's a matter of time. If things doesn't goes worse (or too much worse) i guess i'll be better.
