(I was going to add it to the thread I just made but idk how)

So if you read my other thread then cool you can skip this next paragraph. If not then I'll catch you up.

So we got pulled over and I had anxiety and messaged my friend about it afterwards.

My friend suffers from anxiety as well so I asked him. "does your anxiety physically hurt because my chest hurts whenever I have an anxiety/panic attack. He said no. So now I'm curious if this is a me thing because I have chest problems or if it's some do/some don't type thing.

hmm, it depends. What type ou pain do you experience?
My whole body feels strongly contracted and this gets exhausting and handicaping in functioning normally. But if you have more like a stabbing pain or a burning pain,I think you should consult a doctor because chest pain are to be taken seriously

It's gone now but I think this one would explain it
Yes, I've been getting anxiety based chest pain lately. Headaches, nose bleeds, reflux, IBS, shakes, eye twitching, swollen glands, nausea, dry mouth, brain bangs. There's a few others but stress plays havoc with your body.
