I've been thinking maybe it could be a good idea to start an antiemetic regime (10 mg primperan every 8 hours) so whenever I feel ready I can take my SN without having to wait those endless 40 min.
Too risky?

It's better to fast using SN. In addition, I don't think it's a good idea to take SN impulsively. Giving yourself a waiting time of 40 minutes doesn't sound too unreasonable.

If you want this to overcome SI, there are probably better ways.

I've tried...with tranquilizers...and 40 minutes is too much time...I panick..
A better way to overcome SI...what would that be? I'm interested in your opinion

You ever tried getting a hold of propranolol? That should at least slow your heart rate down along with other relaxants.

I see that propanolol is supposed to be taken along with the SN...but
the problem is my anxiety in the time between the antiemetics and the SN drink...
You can take propranolol beforehand. That's what I will be doing because I don't have the fast acting kind that mixes with the SN. Sorry if that guide caused some confusion. I will be taking a few capsules with my benzos and xanax.

I'm so so sorry to hear you're struggling. I understand. Sending love! I really empathize with you having the anxiety to ingest anything. When I was younger I would have panic attacks to the point I couldn't swallow anxiety pills lol it all spiraled.

I see your angle to the fasting, but definitely not the strategy. Paul gave all the advice I would give you, just showing support. DMs open if you need an ear
