Antiemetic , water and sn

Im going with the stat of dose im taking only domperidone and sn I've got some question if somebody could answer pls :

In the stan guide it says : [3 X 10mg Metoclopramide (30mg in total) ], I don't really know what it means the 10mg! and 3! of what what does it mean? the domperidone that i have is pills i thot the both antiemetics are pills, and should i take the pills at once? or can i take some water with to help me swallow the pills?, Can somebody clarify this to me please!

Mg is the dosage, not the weight.

3 x 10mg means take 3 pills at the same time. Each pill is 10mg.

Domperidone works the same as meto. The package will say how many mg the pills are. If they are 10mg pills, take three of them. If they are 20mg pills, take 1 1/2 pills.

Yes, you can take them with water, enough to take the pills, not a whole bunch of water. If you can't swallow them together, take one at a time, one right after the other.
