Anti-SaSu people who shit on this website piss me off to no beyond. They see suicide as tragic and immoral—but if they see suicide as their way out then so be it? In my opinion, if someone wants to ctb— then let them. It's THEIR choice. I personally feel like getting advice and talking to people who have similar experiences to yours is very encouraging. And another point, this website helps you to do certain things SAFELY. The amount of threads on here on how to do it safely amaze me. This website has helped me a lot for a while, and im glad I found this community.

im really glad i found this forum too. before i did, i used to vent on a private account with a few online friends following for years. not only did nobody care or relate lol, i felt like i had to censor my thoughts to an extent. it was so lonely. i like that i can freely express myself on here and people do relate.

I literally only found out this account existed because someone defended the founder in an Instagram post and gave out the URL in the comments telling (who I think it was) The Guardian news site to fuck off I unfortunately lost the post tho. Weirdly enough almost everyone was on that dudes side in the comments. I had no idea this place existed.

I hear you but I heard about this site through an anti-SaSu article on a news site. So, these people do help people find the site. I do think that such articles and YouTube videos stir up more people against it though.

i found it pretty unintentionally too. idk what i googled, something related to suicide, but the wikipedia page of this forum came up. i probably lurked for 1-2 days before joining. i didnt imagine a community like this existed before or that i could find it

i've seen people compare this site to the likes of extortionist groups on discord and i'm not sure where on earth that comparison comes from. i'm the most paranoid motherfucker when it comes to the internet and i lurk a ton here and it really doesn't feel sinister like that to me at all. it feels like such an odd perception for them to have

i guess it's because the automatic assumption is that a forum that sees suicide as anything other than completely, utterly illogical and immoral is somehow pro-suicide? no idea
